This collection is based on a quilt that I started when I was a teenager and only took 30 years to complete, he he. The designs in my stitched quilt were inspired by beautiful Art Nouveau jewellery. I just love the fluid curves and simplified floral imagery used in this style of elegant and appealing fine jewellery. As I find the designs so delicate and appealing, I designed an indigo and white colour range and a very simplified colour range to keep the focus on the imagery used within the designs. The Pride range was created in honour the LGBTQIA+ community celebrating Sydney WorldPride in 2023.
